Breaking any of the terms will ban you from purchasing or commissioning from me.

~ Please keep in mind that my style on this page is always a bit sketchy/messy and textured for these works!~ Please be polite and respect me, and I will be polite to you and respect you too.~ I work in queue order, so please make sure that you're familiar with my Trello!

For example, work costs $50, but if you're paying via PayPal invoice or via my PayPal email, it will cost $53. I'm really sorry, I'm okay with accepting payment via it, but working with PayPal for me has much higher fees and I'm losing more!
Personally I prefer LavaTop (no fees, but it accepts PayPal) but it's up to you anyways!~ After claiming commission slot, I can wait 2-3 days for the payment. Otherwise the slot will be fully declined for you. I do not accept holds for commissions.~ After claiming YCH slots, I can wait 2-3 days for the payment. Otherwise the YCH slot will be fully declined for you and YCH will be re-sold. If you tell me in advance, I will be able to accept longer payment plans or holds.~ I accept ONLY full pre-payment.~ If you’re not sure and have issues with payment, please let me know and I’ll help you! All payment instructions can be sent. I also have numerous positive feedback about Boosty, HipoLink and LavaTop from my clients. I use only verified payment options.~ All payments are final. "Work In Progress" (WIP) pictures will be given at the following points:FOR FULL-DETAILED WORKS:
1. The sketch (not for artworks based on YCHs)
2. The lines and base colors stage
3. Final files

FOR SKETCH WORKS:
1. Rough pre-sketch only!
2. Final files
WIPs might be given at other points if I or you have any questionable details. You'll be notified if there are any problems.

CHANGES:
Changes/fixes during the process:
~ Up to 2 major revisions are allowed in the rough sketch phase.
~ Up to 1-2 small changes are allowed in the lines and color phase.
Additional revisions at these phases will be charged.
Any changes to the drawing thereafter must be small/minor, or I’ll ask for extra charge.
Other changes cost extra OR can't be done at all.

PLEASE ask me for changes only around within a few days or max. a week after the work is done! I will not make any new changes after your full approval, and if you write to me in a few weeks or months, I will not be able to make any changes at all.
If you have any problems or you want to think about it more than usual, I’ll be happy to give you the time you need, but always let me know IN ADVANCE!
ㅤㅤㅤIf you ignore me after I send you a finished work, then I will post it anyway.
If you commission a comic (multi-frame commission) from me that consists of more than one frame/artwork, then changes count per each frame(panel)/each artwork.

~ Fan characters, original/media/canon characters, fan arts, OC x canon artworks;

~ Blood in any amounts, battle/fight themes, light violence, scars, scratches, deep wounds, scary and horror themes;
~ Alcohol and smoking;
~ Light, simple/anatomic nudity without genitalia, no sexual or fetish activities.

❌ I CAN'T DO:
~ Real-life people, BUT I can draw them as animals - anthro or feral;
~ Horses and ponies;
~ Some humanoid-like characters with odd proportions and appearance (ask if unsure);
~ Chibi;
~ Reference sheets;
~ Really sensitive or negative political themes;
~ Custom designs and re-designs of characters (it's ok if you want to change clothes or hairstyle etc.);
~ NSFW, open or really visible adult/sexual content and adult fetishes;
~ Difficult numerous limbs, really detailed design/armor, some unusual species (ask if unsure)

A more accurate time estimate for your commission will be given before payment. Please note this is only an estimate and any delays will be communicated.

If you commission the artwork for some special events like b-day and others then please let me know about it in advance so I can start working on it faster.

*For comic commissions that consist of more than 3 arts, it will be around 2-3+ months depending on the amount of frames and panels.The customer receives the work in full resolution (.png files) in all possible versions (if any have been discussed or the work needs them) + medium-sized watermarked files for web posting (.jpg files) + permanent access to the cloud where the work is stored. I don't delete files from the cloud.
